Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the returned product.

Processing Time

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or return within 3 business days. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. If the product is eligible for a return, we will process the return within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products
